Working In Perinatal Health
Motherhood isn’t always the picture-perfect moment we expect. Maybe you’re exhausted but can’t sleep, worried about your baby all the time, or wondering why you don’t feel as happy as you thought you would. You might feel guilty for not ‘loving every minute’ or find yourself snapping at the people you care about. Some days it feels like you’re holding everything together with a thread.
You’re not broken, and you’re not alone. I help moms through pregnancy and those early months when everything feels overwhelming. Together, we’ll figure out what’s really going on, take the pressure off, and give you tools that actually work in real life—not just on paper. At the end of our work you may feel calmer, more confident, and more like yourself again, while also making room for rest, joy, and real connection with your baby.
