DaShana Hall, LMFT

My clients find me when they are exhausted—physically, emotionally, and mentally—during postpartum, perinatal, or navigating a complicated fertility journey. They may feel like their body has betrayed them, their life no longer looks the way they planned, and no one understands the range of emotions they are carrying. Clients who are managing anxiety, depression, grief, or burnout while still trying to show up for their families, careers, and responsibilities. Others are trying to find themselves again during this major life transition.

I am passionate abou helping people feel seen, validated, and supported in experiences that are often invisible to others. Healing is not about “fixing” you—it is about helping you reconnect with your strength, your identity, and your sense of control, even when life feels uncertain. After our work, my clients feel more grounded, more confident in navigating their perinatal and emotions, and less alone in their experience. Clients will learn how to manage anxiety and depression, process grief and trauma, and rebuild a life that feels meaningful. They begin to advocate for themselves, set boundaries, and reconnect with who they are beyond motherhood.

I specialize in supporting women through the emotional complexities of fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and early motherhood. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can speak honestly about what you are experiencing—without guilt or pressure. My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care.

With over 20 years of experience in mental health and healthcare settings—including work with women, families, and medically complex cases—I understand how layered this time can be. I also support clients navigating postpartum depression, birth trauma, identity changes, relationship stress, and the emotional impact of infertility. After our work together, clients often feel more grounded, supported, and confident in their ability to care for themselves and their families—without losing who they are in the process.

Outside of the office you will find me continuing to learn, advocating for patient-centered care, and spending time recharging so I can show up fully for the people I serve.
