Counseling for Pregnancy, Postpartum, & Parenthood

If you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, or wondering when you’ll feel like yourself again—you’re not failing. You’re carrying too much. And we can help lighten the load.

No one prepared you for this part.

  • The tears that come out of nowhere.

  • The anger you don’t recognize in yourself.

  • The worry that keeps you awake even when the baby sleeps.

  • The guilt that whispers you’re not enough.

You’re not the only one. And you don’t have to keep carrying this in silence.

Education and Speaking

Part of our mission at CPFH is to educate the community and raise awareness regarding maternal/perinatal mental health and other related topics.  Our trained therapists are available to do presentations on wellness, mental health, and relationships, and are able to tailor our talks to your group or organization.

If your group of moms or other professionals would like an educational presentation on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, please feel free to call.  We have a presentation ready to go, or we can tailor one for your group.

To request us at your next event, please email us. If you would like CPFH brochures, the Well Mom checklists, or would like to subscribe to our monthly newsletter, please contact us at info@cpfh.org
